1. Rye Junior High School, 501 Washington Road – relocation of boundary lines for acquiring adjacent land for outdoor curriculum purposes

16:22 – accept jurisdiction; case approved unanimously

28:35 – Planning board discussion and presentation

33:52 –  Atty. Tim Phoenix presents for the applicant

37:00 – issue of the 5th lot – pending law suit and delay of Rye conservation commission purchase of

the 5th lot for $350,000

43:18 – Engineer John Chagnon presents different issues

1:10:50 – Atty. Phoenix – right of way etc.

1:15:45 – builder DD Cook – lighting, three new houses on new road, etc.

1:28:00 – discuss shape of development road

1:31:25 – waiver of 22’ road width approved

1:32:25 – drainage and other issues discussed

1:48:30 – conditional use permit, water table, other issues

2:09:00 – public session closed; driveway alignment approved; right of way discussed

2:13:00  – discuss timeliness of applicant getting documents to town;

2:15:00 – vote to continue case to April meeting

Discuss drainage, alteration of terrain, other issues

2:37:00 – Pl Bd accept jurisdiction of the case

2:27:50 – public hearing – noise concerns expressed by abutting Bed and Breakfast business

and other neighbor’s concerns about access to documents, schedule of building and

blasting
