Inspector&acirc;&euro;&trade;s 12\/23\/14<\/p>\n<p>Permit denial, and variances to VI 603.1 and II 204.3 for<\/p>\n<p>expansion of non-conforming house. (Reference 7\/10\/13 meeting).<\/p>\n<p><strong>7:11<\/strong> p.m. Attorney Phoenix presents argument that new plan plus prior 7\/10\/13 variances should be granted.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7:14 p.m.<\/strong> &acirc;&euro;&oelig;Interest rate changes and potential for duplicative work caused this situation&acirc;&euro;- paraphrase. TMS mentioned as architect.&Acirc;&nbsp; Building improvements on top of variance improvements.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7:16 p.m.<\/strong> Atty. Phoenix respects Bldg. Inspector&acirc;&euro;&trade;s decision but the variance<\/p>\n<p>relief remains modest.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7:19 p.m.<\/strong> Recital of seven (7) abutter&acirc;&euro;&trade;s support of new plan, and no opposition known.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7:22<\/strong> <strong>p.m.<\/strong> Congenial discussion in the room of the attraction of the 2014 Olympics.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7:24 p.m.<\/strong> Building Inspector:&Acirc;&nbsp; plan is right at the lot coverage; he thought it<\/p>\n<p>important that the ZBA take another look, given that the latest plan is substantially different<\/p>\n<p>from last summer&acirc;&euro;&trade;s.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7:27 p.m.<\/strong>&Acirc;&nbsp; Uncertainty on height of house in plan. &acirc;&euro;&oelig;well below 35 feet&acirc;&euro;.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7:29 p.m. <\/strong>Ridge height of non-variance ridgeline will be changed higher.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7:32 p.m.<\/strong> &acirc;&euro;&oelig;nowhere near 35 feet&acirc;&euro;.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7:33 p.m.<\/strong>&Acirc;&nbsp; Chairman solicits other comments.
