The existing plan moving forward is a new 6,000 two story building with an underground connector to the existing Town Hall.  The existing Town Hall will be renovated.  The entire Town Hall complex is estimated to be 12,000 square feet, with a preliminary budget of $3,800,000.<\/p>\n

We are spending $250K for this work, but will something of this size pass in 2015?  If it doesn’t how much longer will it take before we move forward addressing the inadequacies of Town Hall?  We started in 2011 assessing the Town Hall building and a failed proposal will push this out even further.  Should residents be surveyed now, before we go further?<\/body><\/html><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
