Dangerous double side parking.<\/p>\n<p>6:16 pm. Mr. Connell mentions loophole of seasonal tenants obtaining parking stickers.<\/p>\n<p>6:17 p.m. Cabin license fees paid.&Acirc;&nbsp; Two passes per cabin? By owner.<\/p>\n<p>6:17 pm.&Acirc;&nbsp; Make Jenness Beach, Perkins Rd.,&Acirc;&nbsp; Cable Rd. have more permitted spots?<\/p>\n<p>6:18 p.m.&Acirc;&nbsp; Ms. Carbajal:&Acirc;&nbsp; In her experience on Route 1A North of Jenness Beach everyone is parking on east side.<\/p>\n<p>6:20 p.m. &acirc;&euro;&oelig;put tow zone&acirc;&euro; SUV parked with red sticker.<\/p>\n<p>6:22 p.m.&Acirc;&nbsp; Statistic says striped road slows drivers. Unintended consequences.<\/p>\n<p>6:24 pm.&Acirc;&nbsp; Mr. Hillman:&Acirc;&nbsp; Sen. Stiles speed limit study? Will increase other corridor study.<\/p>\n<p>6:24 p.m.&Acirc;&nbsp; Permit pay per park meters? State will go for the money.<\/p>\n<p>6:25 p.m.&Acirc;&nbsp; Adjust only by park study output.<\/p>\n<p>6:26 p.m.&Acirc;&nbsp; Chief Walsh:&Acirc;&nbsp; $45k to $50k in revenues from parking fines.&Acirc;&nbsp; Sixty percent of that goes to pay for the parking enforcement budget.<\/p>\n<p>6:27 p.m.&Acirc;&nbsp; E street area crosses at crosswalk. Hillman &acirc;&euro;&ldquo; how many Pirate Cove chairs?&Acirc;&nbsp; Chairs should be oriented to flags.<\/p>\n<p>6:43 p.m.&Acirc;&nbsp; Chairs used to make zones clear. Jane\/two guards per beach, Jane circulates.<\/p>\n<p>6:44 p.m.&Acirc;&nbsp; Mr. Rocha saw stations at 10 a.m.&Acirc;&nbsp;&Acirc;&nbsp; Report to duty at 9 though.<\/p>\n<p>6:45 p.m.&Acirc;&nbsp; Jane says surfers set zone.<\/p>\n<p>6:47&Acirc;&nbsp; p.m.&Acirc;&nbsp; Guards need to be elevated, not chat\/stroll and not impaired\/wavelet blockage.<\/p>\n<p>6:48 p.m.&Acirc;&nbsp; Mr. Connell says he has nice fish scope shows beach usage\/living beings. Parking\/beach.&Acirc;&nbsp; Symbiotic, reason for Foss beach underuse.<\/p>\n<p>6:52 p.m.&Acirc;&nbsp; Ms. Carabjal:&Acirc;&nbsp; From 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., low tide beach is congenial from Straws to Sawyers.<\/p>\n<p>6:52 p.m.&Acirc;&nbsp; Mr. Hillman need to charge for permits.<\/p>\n<p>6:52 p.m.&Acirc;&nbsp; Ms. Carbajal:&Acirc;&nbsp; how much police time handling permits?
