\n2.  Former Commissioner John Murtagh arrives.  No water main breaks on Ocean Blvd. over the winter.  One on Harbor Rd.  The State is going after the bond of Hugo Key, contractor for the water main project, due to some sort of issue. (1:28:02 elapsed)<\/p>\n

3.  Brian Goetz of Portsmouth Water and Sewer Dept. arrives.  Wright Pierce will be doing a study of water blending between Rye and Portsmouth to determine effects of mixing water of different pH, hardness, total dissolved solids, and alkalinity.  Discussion of issues arising when Sagamore bridge was out and Rye supplied water to Portsmouth.  Discussion of existing Portsmouth water treatment plant and potential Rye water treatment plant. 4.  Brian Goetz is unsure whether ten house development on Breakfast Hill  (to be supplied by Portsmouth Water with water from Rye) will proceed.  It appears that a group associated with the Coakley landfill will pay for the cost of the mains.  (2:02:00 elapsed)<\/p>\n
