\nProponents  of  Town Hall Article #30:  <\/strong><\/span>will be sponsoring an information session on Article 30 (the $500K repair of Town Hall article), 6:30 p.m. on Monday, March 6 at the Library.  Mike Castagna, a consultant who has been working with the Committee, will be present to answer questions, including on the breakdown of the $500,000 cost estimate, which he helped develop.  Mr. Castagna is in the business of assisting owners as their representative on construction projects.  He was the representative for the City of Manchester when that city built their Delta Dental Stadium.  He was one of the finalists in early 2015 for the position of Owner’s Representative for Rye in connection with the proposed Rye Town Hall renovation.  He is very familiar with Rye Town Hall.<\/p>\n

Article 7 Support:<\/strong><\/span>  Sunday, March 12, 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. at Library.  The supporters of Article 7 will be holding an information session.  A representative from Hutter Construction will be there to discuss there design\/build proposal for Town Hall renovation.<\/body><\/html><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
