A new program for Rye residents to safely dispose of their outdated and unwanted prescription drugs is being implemented by the Rye Police Department.  Rye will be using the Deterra system; a simple and environmentally friendly bag system that allows residents to safely dispose of their outdated and unwanted prescription drugs in the privacy of their own home.  For more information about the Deterra drug deactivation bags, visit the Rye
