RES Empty Bowl Event April 4th 5pm to 7pm

Empty Bowls Event:  Rye Elementary School will proudly be hosting Empty Bowls, an event to benefit Gather’s Meals 4 Kids, on Wednesday, April 4th. Today, more than 2,000 Seacoast children are food insecure. All proceeds from Empty Bowls will go towards supporting the over 400 families Gather serves each week during the summer and school vacations.

Join us for a simple meal of bread & soup, and take home a beautiful bowl handcrafted by Rye Elementary School students, Rye Junior High School students, and Firefly Pottery. Wednesday, April 4, 2018 // 5:00-7:00pm // Rye Elementary School // 461 Sagamore Road, Rye, NH Adults: $10 // Kids ages 5-18: $5 // Kids 5 & under: free

In addition, if anyone is feeling creative, Firefly Pottery on 72 Mirona Rd, Portsmouth, NH 03801 has plain bowls that are needed decorating. Folks can stop in, paint a bowl, and help us to make this event a success.
