Headlines

  1. Commission voted all in favor to contact Selectmen to request extension of temporary leash zone law for another year given sight and control ordinance did not pass.
  2. Members have observed multiple unleashed dogs in the town forest leash zones after the election, the temporary ordinance still being in force until April 1st.

Minor changes to plan. A walkway eliminated and plantings added to plan.

Building Inspector had expressed concerns about encroachment into wetlands. There has been lots of clean up at the site and owner will be planting native plants. A site walk was scheduled.

There was some cleanup done and wood left on the ground. In 2002 permission was given to grade right to the wetlands which is 50 feet from the house. A landscaping plan was presented to plant and mulch to provide a buffer. A site walk was scheduled.
