NOTES OF NOVEMBER 5, 2014 RYE ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEETING

Case 45-2014 Stonewell Realty Trust, Jonathan Bobbett Trustee for property at 1142 Ocean Blvd. (25:00 elapsed)

Expansion of non-conforming building. 1700 odd square feet on tax card, applicant says that is wrong 2300 odd square feet currently heated.  Acting Chairman Goldman sees application requesting 3100 square feet. Applicant’s attorney notes height and setback challenges, though modest.  Important no views blocked, no abutter challenges.

Case 46-2014 Ralph Trefethen for property at 161 Clark Rd. (61:00 elapsed)

Ordinance requires 600 sq. ft. where applicant wishes to convert 480 sq. ft. of existing

garage.  One bedroom.  Discussion of living space definition.  Patty Weathersby wants to back out closets, walls, Ray Jarvis wants all space counted.  Son of applicant plans to occupy.
