Discussion of details of a draft of significant and extensive Wetlands Ordinance changes. As is the practice in these work sessions which occur prior to public hearings, the public is generally not provided the working drafts of what is being discussed or asked to comment but can attend and listen. Public hearings scheduled for December.
Due to a cancelled committee meeting and the extensive work required by the Wetlands ordinance a related citizen authored series of changes to the Storm Water Management portion of the ordinance,as well as related regulations, were tabled for 2015 consideration, and will be the first new ordinance change considered in 2016 for 2017 vote per Chair Roman.
