Resident letter to BOS September 2017
Chairman Bill Epperson recognized a member of the public. When the resident asked to speak to the Master Plan process, Chairman Epperson explained that he would only hear comments at the Public Hearing (to be scheduled on Oct. 12th). The resident expressed concern about the tight timeline and the adoption of past updates. The resident was told she was out of order and to please leave the room. Another resident, was told he was out of order for briefly speaking about errors and omissions in the Master Plan updates. Subsequently, after the two residents had left, members of the Planning Board discussed the need to provide a public platform prior to the adoption of the updates.
