  1. Consideration of the Library budget was tabled for the third time, pending further investigation of the figures by the Library Director and the Town Finance Director, thus wasting the time of three Library Trustees who were present, as well as the Library Director, all of whom had come to discuss the budget.
  2. The $60,000 budget for document scanning in 2017 will not be spent, despite three bids in that range, because the government document scanning market is believed to be insufficiently developed.
  3. Randy Crapo has not attended a CIP Committee meeting in three years. The town will write him a letter asking for his resignation and outlining the next steps to remove him if he does not resign.
  4. The TD Bank building acquisition for $540,000 is proceeding towards presentation at 2018 Town Meeting.
